I’m a banking and finance lawyer having practiced in South Africa, Kenya (secondment) and now in Ireland in the Banking and Finance team at Arthur Cox, Ireland’s leading corporate law firm.
I specialise in general banking and finance (leveraged finance and real estate finance) with a background in structured finance (corporate bonds and securitisations). My day-to-day practice at Arthur Cox involves advising both lenders and borrowers (corporates and investments funds) on Irish and international transactions.
I also enjoy working on transactions that support a partnership-based approach between EU DFIs and investees in developing countries as part of advancing the sustainable finance agenda globally.
Along side my legal work, I participate in EMBRACE – Arthur Cox’s race and ethnicity network which works to celebrate diversity, and creating a more inclusive working environment for employees from all walks of life.
