I’m a City trained corporate lawyer who also served for several years as general counsel, group company secretary and executive committee member of one of Europe’s fastest growing consumer groups.
I have deep experience of raising and deploying capital and of advising directors of hyper-growth companies on the most important issues they face.
Alongside my legal practice, I am the founder of Brook Mill, a platform to acquire and operate manufacturing and engineering firms. I also sit as a director on certain of its portfolio company boards.
