Daniel Faulkner is a Solicitor with 11 years experience working with large to middle sized international commercial law firms based in Dublin city.
Daniel had initially studied Architectural Design Technology and graduated with honours at the University of Wolverhampton, however through his experience working as a court clerk, developed a passion for the law and pursued a career as a solicitor. Daniel has gained substantial experience through his many roles in commercial litigation as an intern, as a legal assistant specialising in professional indemnity commercial law and as a Trainee Solicitor in employment law, insolvency, public and regulatory law and banking and litigation law.
Daniel completed an LLM in International Commercial Law with Griffith College Dublin. Daniel’s thesis addressed the issue of self-determination in international law with regards to seeking independence for economic reasons.
