I combine my extensive experience in global transactional work (M&A, investments, JVs, re-organisations) and global client relationship management, with my passion for innovative client service solutions, often with a technology angle.
I have been at the forefront of implementing a number of cutting-edge technologies into legal practice, such as Eversheds Sutherland’s award-winning M&A project management tool.
Having been the partner sponsor for introducing machine learning within the firm’s practice a number of years ago, I now chair the firm’s AI task force on AI implementation, which explores and evaluates the latest AI applications in the legal sector. I lead the firm’s Service Excellence Solutions team which comprises Legal Service Design and Legal Technology Solutions, as well as undertaking a number of other leadership roles within the firm.
